I was born and raised in the mid west where I learned “mid-west values” – honesty and hard work. My parents were both in management and eventually owned their own business. One of my earliest childhood memories was going to work with my parents before kindergarten and putting price tags on merchandise to keep me occupied until they took me to school. You could say I learned the importance of hard work and following directions at an early age as my Dad showed me exactly where that price tag went on each box.
I worked for my parents through college and eventually moved on and established a long career of my own in management ultimately becoming an Assistant Vice President of a national mortgage broker/banker and relocated with my family to Las Vegas, NV. When the mortgage industry collapsed, I found myself seeking out new career challenges. I decided to become a business owner and discovered the internet marketing industry.
Internet marketing interested me a great deal because of the many facets and niches I could explore. There is media buying, e-mail marketing, pay per click, SEO, blogging, article writing, e-commerce, lead generation, CPA programs and a bunch more I haven’t even mentioned. Additionally, the entire internet marketing industry was (and still is) in its infancy. This interested me a great deal as well because there is so much ‘undiscovered country’ and opportunity for innovation.
